Hi, I’m Lindsay

Award-winning and internationally certified entrepreneur coach, speaker, master of Getting (The Right) Shit Done, and the founder of Gray Coaching and the Effortless Entrepreneur. I work with amazing business leaders, entrepreneurs, and coaches who are looking to step into their own, align their priorities to the life they lead, and scale their businesses to become highly profitable. 

I began my entrepreneurial journey in 2007 when I opened my first consulting business. It eventually grew to include a sales team empowerment and training across several industries to become exceptional. Companies opened, sales teams trained, new brands launched. Consulting was great, and I added real value to my clients. What didn’t work for me was when contracts came to a close, I couldn’t measure the impact. I couldn’t confirm if the changes were because of my direct contribution or if there were long-lasting shifts in the actual running of the companies and their management teams.

After a short hiatus to clear my head, I shifted to coaching, or a hybrid thereof. Becoming a coach and entrepreneurial guide allowed me to work more with entrepreneurs on how they plan to grow their businesses. I studied Business Risk Management and Strategic Business Management and am an SFEDI-certified Entrepreneurial Guide (Coach). I’ve run accelerators helping entrepreneurs and startups grow. And have headed up coaching academies. Certifying coaches and building methodologies that better serve clients. My love of entrepreneurship and coaching collided to become Gray Coaching.

I’ve spent the last decade and a half as an entrepreneur and in top leadership roles in well-known international organizations. Knowing the time, energy, and drive it takes to build a successful business, my work centers on one key theme: building better entrepreneurs. I believe that leading a business is as much about the inner game as it is about the outer game and designed my programs with this in mind.

I have helped more than 100 early to mid-stage entrepreneurs build profitable businesses while living a happy, balanced life. My coaching focuses on creating greater self-awareness, practical guidance, and understanding. 

The clients I work with have successfully grown businesses from $0 to $40 million in 5 years and shifted from dreaming and part-time employment to fully-fledged founders of organizations. 

My role as your coach is to give you the support and tools you need to scale your business. We work on both the short and long games so that you can become the business leaders you are destined to be.
