Private Coaching

Here at Gray, we deliver high-touch, high-value coaching in the form of private coaching packages. We understand that no two businesses are the same, nor are the leaders who run them. What we do know is that leading teams and businesses can be challenging and often lonely. We are here to help you achieve success, profitability, productivity, resilience, and balance.

Our private programs run for 3,6, or 12 months depending on your needs. During our time together, we will work through specific issues, use tools for problem-solving, and aim for a shift on a tangible level. The one thing we don’t do is meet for a coffee and a catchup. Your time is valuable and we will treat it as such. Speaking of time, we try to keep our appointments scheduled for the same day of the week at the same time of day to help you with planning and structure, but we also know that life happens. We are flexible and will do what we can to accommodate any changes. Gray is based in Colorado USA, but thanks to modern technology, we can and do work with clients around the world.

We may need to extend our session or bring your team in. The decision to do this will be yours. We believe that the sessions belong to you. Gray will meet you where you are first and address your needs and agenda before our own. That said, we will not take it easy. Growth and shift take work and we are partnering with you to push you out of your comfort zone. You’ll thank us for it in the long run.

Group Coaching

We offer group coaching programs for groups of 4 and up. These programs run for three months and are geared toward entrepreneurs and business leaders as well as other coaches. We try not to mix the groups as the focus tends to split a little more than we would like. We also offer group coaching for corporate clients upon request.

During your group coaching, you will attend sessions, have an accountability partner/s, and will have monthly one-to-one sessions with Lindsay. Group coaching is announced on our social media accounts. If you are interested in hearing more, send us a mail and we’ll be in touch.
